Property Examples:

 

1.       log₃12= log₃3 + log₃4

 

2.       log₅2= log₅8 - log₅4

 

3.       log₂4⁶ = 6log₂4

 

Expanding Logs:

Ex.  Log4x²y⁴ = log4 + 2logX + 4logY

 

Condensing Logs:

Ex. 5log₂x -  log₂y = log
